Before you write, the quick answers

System requirements

• macOS 14.4 or later on Apple Silicon
• 8 GB RAM minimum, 16 GB recommended
• About 10 GB free disk space for the app and models
• Windows version in development

Licences

Your licence key arrives by email straight after purchase, together with a .vtl activation file for machines without internet access. Activate in the app under Settings → Licence — paste the key, or import the file. Lost the email? Write to us from the address you purchased with and we'll reissue it.

Refunds

The 30-day trial is the full app, so you can establish it does what you need before paying. If something's wrong with a purchase anyway, email us — payments run through Paddle as merchant of record, and we'll put refunds through promptly for any genuine problem.

Privacy questions

The app sends us nothing — audio, transcripts and summaries stay on your machine. The details are in the privacy policy.

What to include in a bug report

• Your macOS version and Mac model (e.g. macOS 15, MacBook Air M2)
• What you did, what you expected, what happened instead
• A screenshot if the problem is visible

Never send us a recording or transcript that's confidential — we don't need meeting content to debug, and we'd rather not hold it.
